Complain against Fraud company name Canopus Total Service, Ajmer -Rajasthan against Fake Personal Loan confirmation with advance 3 % fees

My humble request is kindly take my complain against Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd Ajmer -Rajasthan as they are a fraud company, also they done fraud with so many people previous (reviews of complain are attached some of the people found online).

Also, I request you please help me out to refund my total amount RS. 1,15,500/- as soon as possible what I paid for loan advance fees as I am belongs from Middle class family and my entire family was depended on me.

So, my kind request is if you please help me out to refund my money from Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd and take right action against them for their fraud activity then I am really grateful to you.

With due respect I respectfully beg to state that Myself Sukanta Ghosh residing at Dharam Colony, Palam Vihar Extension, Gurgaon and My contact number is +919913427737, bring to your notice that on 19th of May I received a call from one of the employee of Canopus Total Service PVT. Ajmer, Rajasthan Limited name Ms. Niharika from (Mobile no: 9116613177) as she told me that their company provide personal loan.

As I required personal loan as per her I send her all required document she told for personal
Loan. After that I also told her that I required Loan on or before 31st May 2018.
She told me about their company as their company Register under MCA. She provides me Companies Pan and GST number as follows

PAN CARD NUMBER-AAGCC2897Q & GST NUMBER-08AAGCC2897Q1ZS.

Then after I send all document on 21st May as per company executive Ms. Niharika I paid login charge for file RS. 3000/- through Paytm on Canopus Total Service Company account
ICICI Bank -a/c no: ############. Receipt attached in mail.

After one I received a call from Canopus Total Service (Canopus Fincorp) landline number
0145 – 2429889 for verification by one of the company employee.

Then they send me confirmation letter for personal loan of 30 lakhs on 25th of May through email. As per their confirmation Letter I have to pay 3 percent of Total Loan amount which I
RS. 90,000/- .

As I required my loan by 31st May 2018, I pay RS. 90,000/- on 28th May 2018 Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd. Company account ICICI bank -on ############. Receipt attached in mail.

After that Ms. Niharika Introduced me on of their Legal department person Ms. Yashika ( mob: 9116613175 and as per both of them, my loan amount will be disbursed on 31st May 2018.

After that Ms. Yashika send me company agreement paper through email id (
When I asked that it is their duty to make all agreement and affidavit on court papers Ms. Yashika simply denied.

In agreement as mutually decided that I have to give one Guarantor affidavit from my end, so accordingly I make all the agreement paper and send them scanned copy on email and courier also on 29th May scanned copy 30th May hard copy through Currier

On 30th of May 2018 after done all formalities as per Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd when I asked for my Loan disbursement on 30st May as Ms. Niharika and Ms. Yashika, suddenly I received a call from Mr. Ankit as he introduced himself as a GM of the company and told
me until unless they received hard copy of the agreement affidavit thorough courier he unable to disburse my loan .
When I told him that Ms. Yashika and Ms. Niharika committed me date of my loan disbursement is 31st May simply Mr. Ankit denied. So after received my document I asked Ms. Yashika (as company reception people don’t transfer my phone to Ms. Niharika and as Ms. Niharika doesn’t picking up my phone ) for my loan disbursements, she and Mr. Ankit told me it will be disbursed on 4th of June 2018.

Then they failed on their commitment as they are not disbursed my loan on 4th of June 2018.
After again a discussion happened with Mr. Ankit I received a mail from Ms. Neha Mishra
From
7th of June 2018.

As myself looking for Business loan for new startup with my one of Senior colleague amount 4 Cr, in between I discuss the same with Mr. Ankit (GM Canopus Total Service ) as he agreed and for that I send as per his required document with Login fees RS. 12 After that he send confirmation of loan amount 4 Cr.( Advance deposit they required RS.2,50,000/- as per Loan confirmation letter )For which we my colleague Mr. Alok Verma deposit file login charge RS. 12,500/- on Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd. Company account ICICI bank -on ############. Receipt attached in mail.

But again Canopus Total service Failed to disburse my Personal Loan amount 30 lakhs on 7th June ,2018 and started given excuse.

So I am showing anger to them and specially to Mr. Ankit and again Mr. Ankit given some excuse and send me a mail through Ms. Neha Mishra as usual on or before 25th June 2018.

Again every day I started follow up for my disbursement and every day with Mr. Ankit and every day Mr. Ankit giving me commitment that your loan will be disburse 100 percent as said date or before.

But again, he failed his commitment date 25th June 2018, again he taken time on his personal level till 29th June 2018. But I understand Mr. Ankit giving false statement and his company done fraud with me.

So, I told him refund my all mount total amount RS. 1,15,500/- (Fees for PL – 3000/- + 90,000 and Fees for Business Loan 12,500 for file login charge)
He told me he will refund my PL Fees (RS. 93,000) amount by 2nd July 2018 but till date I am not received my amount what I paid.
Every day they are giving false commitment to refund my money but end of the day they are giving excuse for next day as telling his main boss is out of station name Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh.

When started shouting on them Mr. Ankit taken my call on conference with his main boss Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh (I don’t know he really his main boss or acting as a main boss) and he again committed me that my payment will be refund on 9th July 2018 for which I asked for mail but Mr. Ankit not send me any mail giving excuse which is again false ,that their mail is not working

Also, I request you please help me out to refund my total amount RS. 1,15,500/- what I paid for loan advance fees as I am belongs from Middle class family and my entire family was depended on me.

So, my kind request is if you please help me out to refund my money from Canopus Total Service Pvt. Ltd and take right action against them for their fraud activity then I am really grateful to you.

Receipt attached in mail.After that Ms. Niharika Introduced me on of their Legal department person Ms. Yashika ( syndicate : 9116613175 and as per both of them, my loanword sum will be disbursed on 31st May 2018.After that Ms. Yashika send me company agreement newspaper through electronic mail id ( [ e-mail protected ] ) by Neha Mishra for which I need to make an agreement of the lapp on motor hotel paper and affidavit sum RS. 500 tender papers from my end at Gurgaon Court.When I asked that it is their duty to make all agreement and affidavit on woo papers Ms. Yashika simply denied.In agreement as mutually decided that I have to give one Guarantor affidavit from my end, so accordingly I make all the agreement paper and send them scanned replicate on e-mail and messenger besides on 29th May scanned imitate 30th May hard copy through CurrierOn 30th of May 2018 after done all formalities as per Canopus Total Service Pvt. But I understand Mr. Ankit giving false argument and his company done fraud with me.So, I told him refund my all mount full amount RS. 1,15,500/- ( Fees for PL – 3000/- + 90,000 and Fees for Business Loan 12,500 for file login charge ) He told me he will refund my PL Fees ( RS. 93,000 ) sum by 2nd July 2018 but public treasury date I am not received my come what I paid.Every day they are giving false commitment to refund my money but end of the day they are giving excuse for adjacent day as telling his chief foreman is out of station name Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh.When started shouting on them Mr. Ankit taken my call option on conference with his main boss Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh ( I do n’t know he in truth his main foreman or acting as a independent boss ) and he again committed me that my payment will be refund on 9th July 2018 for which I asked for chain mail but Mr. Ankit not send me any mail giving excuse which is again false, that their mail is not workingAlso, I request you please help me out to refund my sum measure RS. 1,15,500/- what I paid for loan gain fees as I am belongs from Middle class class and my stallion class was depended on me.So, my kind request is if you please help me out to refund my money from Canopus Total Service Pvt.
