Online Refund, Returnand ExchangePolicy

If you are not wholly stoked with your CKS Online leverage, we will offer a wax refund within 30 days of receiving your club. You are responsible for the transport fees associated with returning your detail .
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color or store credit, we will provide you with a complimentary return tag to complete the exchange. All substitute items must be returned to CKS within 60 days of purchase .
All returned and exchanged products must be in newly condition with manufacturer tags, manuals, software documentation, parts and accessories. We can not accept a revert for anything that has been taken out on the body of water .

CKS Online will not accept returns  or exchanges  for the following:

  • Footwear without the original retail packaging ( e.g. shoe box, sandal/slipper hanger )
  • customize items, including but not restrict to : sprayskirts, custom kayak or raft colors, cut-to-length paddles
  • closeout products ( all closeout sales are concluding )
  • inflatable kayaks, SUPs, rafts, batch frames, coolers, dry boxes
  • Purchases made at CKS Main Street in Buena Vista, Colorado

CKS Online carries a distribute of different products from dozens of different manufacturers. CKS Online makes it a finish to only represent products from companies that stand behind their products. Warranties vary by intersection and by manufacturer. many manufacturers handle their warranties in-house and others handle them through us. CKS Online Price Adjustment Policy

If an item is further reduced in price within 5 days of the purchase date, customers may contact CKS to request an in-store credit for the deviation in price paid versus the raw advertised monetary value. This request will be honored with the ratification of your original receipt. The CKS in-store citation will never expire and can be used towards your adjacent purchase .

Price Adjustment Exclusions

clearance or permanently marked down trade, promotional codes and golf club discounts are excluded from our price allowance policy. We will not make price adjustments on on-line purchases for items featured in headroom price events such as newsletters or in-store events .
trade prices and specifications are capable to change without notice .
