All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the item or items and include on-line track. Returns and exchange details

Returns are accepted in a timely manner ( 10 days ) from date of acknowledge on not custom/personalized items lone. Buyer is responsible for return embark. Refunds will be issued once detail is received and inspected in the sum of original purchase price less cost of embark and up to a 10 % restocking fee. Items must be returned in the like condition as they were sent ( unwashed, unworn, original tags inactive attached ). Items smelling of fume, dirty, or covered in darling hair will not be refunded due to damage.

We do not accept returns/cancellations on custom or personalized items unless we have not started working on them.
