TWO MILES OFF THE COAST OF NEW JERSEY Aboard a russian ship in the Atlantic Ocean, a boater walks along the lower decks and finds an afloat toilet. He reports it to the ship ‘s engineer who assigns a sailor named Dmitri to fix the trouble. former on the ship ‘s lower decks, Dmitri works on removing a blockage that the engineer says must be dealt with before the sewage tanks can be purged.
